 IT Support Specialist
 
 
 
 As the first point of contact for our internal IT needs, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in keeping our systems running smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees while contributing to innovative process improvements.
 
 
 
 What You Will Be Doing:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Be the go-to expert for IT support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solve common problems (like password resets and software installations) and escalate more complex challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Configure, deploy and maintain computers, devices, and equipment for onboarding, upgrades, or replacements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the on-site technician to resolve physical IT issues and keep systems running smoothly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage IT inventory, keeping records up to date and accurate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and update user-friendly IT documentation to empower employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide friendly training to employees on basic troubleshooting and IT best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the IT team to continuously improve processes and user satisfaction.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Key Experience to Hit the Ground Running:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 An Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic troubleshooting skills on hardware and software: i.e.Office products, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing password resets and account lockouts
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Great written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Forward thinker, taking initiative on performance and tasks
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What Would Really Make You Shine:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-3 years of experience in help desk or technical support roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Autodesk products
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating knowledge based documentation for end users and admins
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals

 Note: This position does require in-office attendance daily. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.
