Main Responsibilities</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Load and unload equipment and materials as needed</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy</p></li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><p><b><br>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
High school diploma or GED required</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
3+ years&rsquo; experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Work Requirements</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Must be 18+ years old</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Hold a valid DOT medical card</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Commitment to safe work practices and PPE usage (company provided)</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Willing to work up to 6 days a week with overtime as needed</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Flexible to work nights, weekends, and travel for assignments</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Team player with a positive attitude, strong communication, and customer service skills</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Ability to train and mentor others if experienced</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

Physical &amp; Work Environment Requirements</b></div><ul><li>Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.</li><li>Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.</li><li>Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed.</li><li>Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.</li><li>Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments.</li><li>Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely.</li><li>Reasonable accommodations provided as necessary to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
