We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer to join our growing team.Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer with a background in civil engineering to manage all costs and financial aspects of our construction projects, from initial tendering to final account settlement. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the financial and contractual side of the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and manage all aspects of the tendering process, including sourcing and vetting subcontractors and suppliers.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive analysis of tender documents and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).</li><li>Perform accurate cost estimations and prepare budgets for new projects.</li><li>Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.</li><li>Prepare and submit progress claims and variations.</li><li>Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best rates and terms.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of project costs and prepare regular financial reports.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial objectives are met.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of tendering processes, BOQs, and cost control.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, cost estimation software).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>The ideal Candidate must be located in Shj</li></ul>
