<div>Job Summary:

The Centralized Business Account Executive partners with business owners to understand their technology needs and provide creative solutions to drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for develop relationships with new and existing business, drive sales, and provide the best customer experience possible.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop new business opportunities through inbound-outbound calls, emails, and chats.</li>
<li>Retain customers by understanding their concerns and develop solutions to maintain their business.</li>
<li>Leverage multiple systems and tools to complete the sales process.</li>
<li>Research client's current and future technology needs to support business objectives and goals.</li>
<li>Execute sales strategies and best practices to achieve revenue targets.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering qualified solutions that meets the client's needs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.</li>
<li>Accurately complete sales order for fulfillment team for installations next steps.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.</li>
<li>Model Midco's mission, vision, values, ethos, and Leadership Success Drivers, and inspire others to do the same.</li>
<li>Ensure customer privacy by adhering to Midco's privacy guidelines while actively following Midco policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain reliable and predictable attendance as required by the position.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li>
<li>Proven track record of success providing excellent customer service.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>1+ years of experience in inside sales or account management.</li>
<li>Familiarity with a CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.</li>
</ul>
CBS Account Executive Advanced:
<ul>
<li>Has strong communication and presentation skills and is able to adjust the message and structure to influence the audience.</li>
<li>Uses a sales pipeline to plan and manage own resources to meet or exceed their target sales growth.</li>
<li>Accurately forecasts book of business.</li>
<li>History of excelling at budgeted sales performance objectives.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and mentorship to new hires throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into company culture, tools, and workflows</li>
<li>At least 3 years of previous sales experience required.</li>
</ul>
CBS Account Executive Senior:
<ul>
<li>Has strong communication and presentation skills and is able to adjust the message and structure to influence the audience.</li>
<li>Developed a strong phone and email presence. Has gained an understanding of all Midco's SMB products and services and the sales techniques needed to cross/sell and upsell business customers.</li>
<li>History of excelling at budgeted sales performance objectives.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and mentorship to new hires throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into company culture, tools, and workflows</li>
<li>At least 5 years of previous sales or relevant customer sales experience required.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment:
<ul>
<li>Inbound Call Center Environment, wearing a headset.</li>
<li>Must remain at workstation for long periods of time.</li>
<li>Extremely time sensitive to meet customer demand.</li>
<li>Employees may be required to work more than 40 hours per week.</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands:
<ul>
<li>Heavy keyboard/mouse usage required with repetitive movements.</li>
<li>Must remain at your desk or workstation for long periods of time.</li>
</ul>
Mental Demands:
<ul>
<li>Ability to understand, follow, and execute both routine and non-routine verbal and written instructions.</li>
<li>Proficiency in understanding problems and collaborating with others to find alternative solutions.</li>
<li>Maintain availability and composure during periods of continuous, high interaction volume.</li>
<li>Adapt quickly to changing situations and customer needs and effectively manage the stress of ongoing incoming interactions.</li>
</ul>
