Maintenance Manager &ndash; Apartment BuildingsLocation: Allentown, PAJob Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee general maintenance operations for our apartment buildings in Allentown, PA. This role includes daily maintenance repairs, apartment turnovers, and working closely with our property management team to ensure high-quality living conditions for our residents.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform general maintenance and repairs such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, appliances, and HVAC troubleshooting</li><li>Complete full apartment turnovers between tenants</li><li>Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Conduct routine property inspections to identify and resolve issues</li><li>Coordinate with vendors when needed</li><li>Maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance areas</li><li>Communicate effectively with property management and residents</li><li>Ensure all work follows safety standards and local codes</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Preferably bilingual (English &amp; Spanish)</li><li>Must have own tools and truck</li><li>Experience with apartment maintenance and turnovers required</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and organized</li><li>Positive attitude and team-player mindset</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Consistent full-time work</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment</li><li>Opportunity for long-term growth</li></ul>If you are a hardworking, positive, and experienced maintenance professional looking for stable work, we encourage you to apply today!Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
