The IT Business Analystis responsible for managing key IT and digital initiatives while also developing analytics and insights to support strategic and operational decisions. The position requires a mix of program management expertise, systems understanding, and data analysis capability.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Business Requirements &amp; Analysis &ndash; 50%
 
 
 <ul>

 Engage with stakeholders across departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR, etc.) to understand operational challenges and system requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for system enhancements or new solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with business teams to develop dashboards, reports, and analytical insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across business systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support business intelligence and reporting initiatives using tools like Power BI or Tableau

 <li>
 Train team members on system use, reporting tools, and IT best practices.

 Act as a local liaison with the regional IT team on system rollouts, upgrades, and integrations

 Sales &amp; Operations Data Management &ndash; 40%

 Collect sales, inventory, and operations data from multiple sources, including offline, CRM, and Excel files.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manually review, verify, and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized data records and ensure consistent file updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with sales and operations teams to clarify missing or incorrect information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the preparation of basic summary reports and data trackers as needed
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 IT Operations &amp; User Support &ndash; 10%
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage IT assets, access rights, and security configurations in line with company policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with vendors and the regional IT team for procurement, system maintenance, and software license renewals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain reliable connectivity, data backups, and cybersecurity protection across all endpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure business continuity through proactive system monitoring and issue prevention.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 5+ years of experience in IT management or business support roles
 
 , preferably within large multinational organizations, handling complex projects in
 
 sales or commercial or manufacturing environments
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in
 
 data analysis and reporting tools
 
 (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent).
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of
 
 ERP/CRM data exports
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 Excel
 
 (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
 </li>

 Experience in
 
 data collection, cleaning, and verification

IT Business Analyst

 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 1. Identify quality control points, develop and implement quality control plans, monitor and control product quality to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements;
 
 
 2. Participate in establishing and continuously improving the company's quality management system, organize and conduct internal training to enhance employees' quality awareness and skill levels, and promote the development of the company's quality culture;
 
 
 3. Analyze and resolve quality issues arising during R&amp;D and manufacturing, propose improvement measures to ensure product quality stability. Participate in new product design and development, establish quality standards and testing plans to ensure new products meet quality requirements;
 
 
 4. Track and analyze product quality data, develop improvement plans and drive their implementation;
 
 
 5. Conduct supplier evaluation and management to ensure raw materials, components, and finished products supplied by external vendors meet quality standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 1. Bachelor's degree or higher with fluent English proficiency in one of the following fields: Gas Engineering and Automation, Electrical Engineering and Intelligent Control, Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering;
 
 
 2. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across departments;
 
 
 3. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability to frontline work environments;
 
 
 4. Exhibit strong ambition and accountability, continuously striving for self-improvement;
 
 
 5. Possess keen insight to proactively identify and resolve issues.
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications: Prior internship experience in manufacturing companies is advantageous.
