 Job Responsibilities

 Maintaining merchandising and display standards; coordinating planograms, pricing, and POP materials with visual merchandising.

 Managing lead pipeline: prepare quotations, following up proactively, and converting leads to orders.

 Processing orders accurately, coordinating delivery and installation with logistics and service teams.
 </li>

 Monitoring inventory levels and sell-through; liaising with supply chain for replenishment and stock allocation.
 </li>

 Supporting key account activities, store events, and roadshows; representing the brand professionally.

 Ensuring compliance with company policies, partner standards, and health and safety requirements.

 We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of home appliance products, from concept through launch and post-release optimization. You will own product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating customer insights into compelling, compliant, and profitable products.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with brand and business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build data-driven business cases and own product P&amp;L, including pricing, margin targets, and cost analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Trends analysis of a wide range of country footprints in KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Propose product lineups through downstream logic building.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute through distributors the product &amp; marketing related initiatives e.g., price comparison, supporting consumer research, display execution, value chain pricing, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with product, sales, marketing and logistics team to ensure all projects are aligned with the guidelines and executed within the timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help the sales management in creation of sales plan and channel penetration plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with distributor&rsquo;s team for all marketing and channel initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate the vision and value of new products to the channel and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review inventory levels and ensure product availability in all channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track sell-out data in each of the channels and report periodically.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:

 Proven experience as product manager for at least 3 years in the home appliances industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; experience with pricing, margin management, and demand forecasting.
