</div></div><div><div>Teller Managers perform the following functions:</div></div><ul><li><div>
Provide excellent service by completing transactions and answering questions in a timely and accurate manner.</div></li><li><div>
Improve the financial well-being of our members by offering products and services to save time and money.</div></li><li><div>
Supervise all aspects of the teller line.
</div></li><li><div>Manage a cash drawer and assist in daily branch balancing.</div></li><li><div>
Present a neat and professional personal appearance, in accordance with credit union professional image standards.</div></li><li><div>
Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines.
</div></li><li><div>Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always.</div></li><li><div>
Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently.</div></li><li><div>
Develop a strong understanding of customer facing technology with the ability to discuss with and enroll members in self-service options.</div></li><li><div>
Proactively identify ways to improve employee and member experiences.
</div></li><li><div>Support all aspects of the branch to improve individual and team operational performance.</div></li><li><div>
Build a high-performing team through the development of team members.</div></li><li><div>
Direct and manage delivery system options within the service center to provide quality, efficient member service.</div></li><li><div>
Motivate, develop, train, coach, mentor, and reward staff, as well as acknowledge staff feedback or concerns.</div></li><li><div>
Set goals and objectives for team members, guide staff in developing action plans to reach stated goals.</div></li><li><div>
Perform other duties as assigned.</div></li></ul><div><div>
Qualified candidates will possess:</div></div><ul><li><div>
3 plus years of teller experience, to include senior or teller management experience.</div></li><li><div>
Possess excellent customer service skills along with strong verbal and written communications skills.
</div></li><li><div>Must have a strong desire to help people.</div></li><li><div>
Proficient in the use of computers, the internet and Microsoft Office.</div></li><li><div>
A history of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.</div></li><li><div>
Availability to work any shift between the operating hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Friday and between 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM on Saturdays.</div></li><li><div>
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</div></li></ul><div><div>
Physical Demands:</div></div><ul><li><div>
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, cash denominations, and identify members.</div></li></ul><div><div>
