This role is perfect for someone who blends creativity with analytics, understands audience behavior, and thrives on crafting engaging content that resonates with diverse communities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and campaigns.</li></ul><ul><li>Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.</li></ul><ul><li>Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.</li></ul><ul><li>Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage influencer collaborations, giveaways, and paid promotions.</li></ul><ul><li>Uphold brand voice, tone, and inclusivity across all content.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;6,500.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
