Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in preparing and processing client and subcontractor bills</li><li>Support the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates</li><li>Conduct site measurements and verify quantities with project teams</li><li>Maintain accurate billing records and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for billing inputs</li><li>Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing schedules</li><li>Use MS Excel and ERP tools for data entry and analysis</li><li>Follow up with accounts for timely payments and reconciliations</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in billing or quantity surveying</li><li>Basic knowledge of estimation, BBS, and rate analysis</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP software is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and communication skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Billing and Estimation: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
