 The Marketing Telesales Executive is responsible for following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and activities.
 
 
 The role focuses on engaging with potential customers, partners, and internal sales teams to qualify opportunities, nurture prospects, and track pipeline generation from those events.
 
 
 The candidate will ensure timely communication with leads, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, and maintain accurate records within our CRM system to maximize the conversion of marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities.
 
 
 
 Main Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 &ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;Follow up on leads generated from marketing events, campaigns, and partner initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 &ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;Contact prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels to qualify opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 &ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;Coordinate with internal sales teams and partners to progress qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 &ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;Maintain and update lead status, activities, and interactions in the CRM system, as well reporting to vendor needs on status of those leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 &ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 &ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;Ensure timely and professional engagement with partners, end users, and internal stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 &ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;Attend occasional Marketing events across emerging market.

 Position Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 &ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 &ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;Ability to qualify leads and effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 &ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;Basic experience with CRM systems and lead management processes is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 &ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;&ensp;Organized, proactive, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.

 Education
 
 
 
 University graduate, Technology major is a plus.
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 Preferably, 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or marketing support roles.

 The Logistics Officer is accountable for overseeing the inbound and outbound operations and inventory management. S/He maintains communication with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of goods.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Duties and Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Control the reception of merchandise to the warehouse and follow up on inventory levels and damaged goods if any; perform purchase transaction and share forwarder invoices with finance team.
 
 
 Manage outbound activities for customer orders;
 
 
 Manage outbound shipments, follow up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitor the turnaround time (TAT);
 
 
 Coordinate and arrange transportation of shipments to destination;
 
 
 Track shipments and update customers on a timely basis;
 
 
 Cooperate with the service and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipments;
 
 
 Coordinate with clearing agents and customs to maximize efficiency in terms of time and quality;
 
 
 Verify customs documentations for exports and transfer of ownership;
 
 
 Manage the stock movement through the warehouse management system and ERP;
 
 
 Perform monthly stock audits; timely transactions in ERP and CRM
 
 
 Coordinate with the planning, finance, service and credit teams for invoicing customer orders;

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
