Midland College, Multan is seeking a qualified and experienced NCLEX Trainer to prepare nursing students and graduate nurses for success in the NCLEX-RN / NCLEX-PN examination and international nursing career pathways, particularly for the USA, UK, Canada, and other global healthcare markets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver comprehensive NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN preparation classes</li><li>Train students in critical thinking and clinical judgment aligned with Next Generation NCLEX (NGN)</li><li>Conduct case-based learning sessions and scenario-based practice</li><li>Develop structured NCLEX preparation plans and study schedules</li><li>Prepare lecture materials, presentations, quizzes, and mock exams</li><li>Design practice tests based on current NCLEX exam patterns</li><li>Update course content according to NCSBN standards and latest NCLEX changes</li><li>Maintain student progress reports and performance records</li><li>Coordinate with academic management regarding batch performance</li><li>Support admissions counseling for international nursing pathways</li><li>Ensure high pass rates and training quality standards</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) &ndash; Required</li><li>MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) &ndash; Preferred</li><li>Valid RN License (Pakistan Nursing Council)</li><li>NCLEX-RN passed candidate preferred</li><li>International nursing exam experience highly preferred</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of teaching experience</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package (based on qualifications and experience).</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for academic and career growth.</li></ul>How to ApplySend your updated CV with supporting documents tohr@themidlandcollege.com 0310-8023444Work Location: In person
