<div>The role will be responsible for partnering in developing, implementing, and managing global CSR initiatives and corporate communication strategies. The role requires effectively communicating the company's CSR efforts, engaging stakeholders globally, and enhancing the company's reputation through strategic communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CSR Support: 70%<ul><li>
Design and deliver India CSR programs in partnership with various nonprofits, and employee volunteers.</li><li>
Ensure governance for every community initiative, including all MOUs and impact reports.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all CSR projects and communication materials.</li><li>
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to be reviewed by the India CSR Committee.</li><li>
Collaborate to develop campaigns that highlight India CSR initiatives &ndash; including industry awards and forums.</li><li>
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, and industry partners.</li><li>
Facilitate global CSR programs aligned with the company's values and objectives.</li><li>
Facilitate CSR activities across various global sites, including community outreach, environmental sustainability projects, and employee volunteer programs.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all global CSR projects and communication materials.</li></ul>
Communications Support: 25%<ul><li>
Support execution of corporate communication campaigns to enhance the company's brand and reputation globally &ndash; with a focus on internal communication.</li><li>
Partner in managing internal communication channels.</li><li>
Create compelling content that effectively communicates the company's CSR efforts and achievements.</li></ul>
Perform other duties, as assigned: 5%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's FIELD OF STUDY: CSR
EXPERIENCE: 3-4 Years
CERTIFICATION(S): CSR
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
<ul><li>Knowledge of CSR Policies and Procedures.</li><li>
Skilled in managing CSR Initiatives.</li><li>
Ability to partner with global stakeholders and deliver under pressure.</li><li>
Be a good team player and open to frequent travel for the CSR work.</li></ul>
