Day Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday 
Starting Wage: $22/HR 
 
Evening Shift: 3:45pm-2:15am Monday-Thursday 
Starting Wage: $24/HR 
 
Overnight Shift: 12:00am-8:30am Monday-Friday 
Starting Wage: $25/HR 
 
Occasional overtime and weekend shifts

We are looking for Production Associates to join our team.
 
 
Summary:
 
The primary function of this position is to produce high quality garage door panels per customer order. 
 
Essential Duties:<ul><li>
Operate hand/power tools.</li><li>
Knowledge of all models of doors.</li><li>
Understand Section Height Charts.</li><li>
Properly start-up, run and shut-down machines within the department.</li><li>
Properly lift skins and completed sections.</li><li>
Move completed orders to the correct locations.</li></ul>
Marginal Duties:<ul><li>
Assist in Production and Shipping areas as requested.</li><li>
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.</li></ul>

Maintains a high level of quality to eliminate mistakes.</li><li>

Ability to read a tape measure.</li><li>

Able to lift up to 75 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret job specs.</li><li>
Ability to perform basic math skills.</li><li>
Sound judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills in all situations.</li><li>
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and written, to ensure a clear understanding of work instructions and safety protocols.</li><li>
Have prompt and reliable attendance.</li></ul>
