 Midsouth Steel, a leader in structural steel fabrication and erection has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant for our Shipping Department. This is a full time job (M-F 8am to 5pm) with a well established company offering competitive pay and benefits.
 
 
 Job Duties will entail:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Processing and filing shipping documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication with shipping staff and vendors thru email, telephone, and in person
 </li>
 <li>
 Data entry
 </li>
 <li>
 Organization of the shipping office
 </li>
 <li>
 Various other clerical duties as assigned
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Ideal candidate will possess:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Great organizational and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to learn and grow within the shipping department and the company
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
