We are looking for dedicated and talented individuals to come on board to work with us in this exciting and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinating meetings and managing schedules for the product development team.</li><li>Assisting with project management and tracking progress of ongoing projects.</li><li>Preparing reports, presentations, and data to support product development initiatives.</li><li>Handling correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Organizing and maintaining files and databases related to product development.</li><li>Assisting in the coordination of product testing and research activities.</li><li>Providing general administrative support to the Product Development Manager and team members.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Korean</li><li>Interest or experience in the beauty or hair industry is a plus.</li></ul>Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>KOREAN (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Cerritos, CA 90703 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
