We are currently seeking a CDL Class A Driver with a Tanker Endorsement who is safety-focused, dependable, and ready to join a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and long-term career development.
Position Overview
As a CDL Class A Tanker Driver, you'll transport industrial waste and materials throughout the Midwest while supporting industrial cleaning projects and emergency response operations. This role offers a combination of driving, equipment operation, and hands-on field support with opportunities for overtime and specialized training.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials</li><li>
Pick up and deliver materials to customer and project locations</li><li>
Operate a variety of equipment, including:
<ul><li>Vacuum tanker trailers</li><li>
Vacuum trucks</li><li>
Roll-off trailers</li><li>
Box trucks</li><li>
53' van trailers</li></ul></li><li>
Load and unload materials following established safety procedures</li><li>
Assist with industrial cleaning and emergency response projects</li><li>
Work alongside and help lead field service crews</li><li>
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards</li><li>
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Midwest Environmental Services professionally</li></ul>
Qualifications
Required<ul><li>
Valid CDL Class A License</li><li>
Tanker Endorsement</li><li>
Minimum age of 21 years</li><li>
Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
2+ years of CDL driving experience</li><li>
2+ years of verifiable tanker experience within the past 3 years</li><li>
Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions</li><li>
Hazmat Endorsement</li><li>
TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)</li><li>
Experience in environmental services, industrial cleaning, or emergency response</li></ul>
