Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Dispatch drivers for local PUD's</li><li>
Coordinate Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) linehaul operations</li><li>
Communicate and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth logistics</li><li>
Handle customer service phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email</li><li>
Process shipment paperwork and perform accurate data entry</li><li>
Maintain thorough follow-up on all dispatch and customer service activities</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
At least 1 year of experience in transportation or freight dispatch preferred</li><li>
Experience in transportation management preferred</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and dependability</li><li>
Professional and pleasant phone presence</li><li>
Strong customer service skills preferred</li><li>
Consistent attendance and punctuality</li><li>

Compensation</b></h2><p><b>
Salary is negotiable and based on industry experience.</b></p>
