About the Role:We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual content, exceptional photography and editing skills, and the ability to create engaging digital media that aligns with our brand&rsquo;s vision.You will be responsible for managing our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, developing creative campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Capture high-quality photos and videos of our products for use across social media platforms.</li><li>Edit and optimize visual content for maximum engagement and reach.</li><li>Plan, create, and execute strategic social media marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.</li><li>Manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts by creating trend-driven, authentic content.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversions.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in social media management, photography, and content creation.</li><li>Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and audience engagement strategies.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong organizational and planning skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with paid social advertising and influencer collaborations.</li><li>Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).</li><li>Passion for storytelling and visual branding.</li></ul>Please attach portfolio to CVJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, New gradPay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
