Key Responsibilities:&middot; Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events or trade shows.&middot; Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, including potential customers in schools, hotels, commercial buildings, and government offices.&middot; Sales Strategy &amp; Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals and expand market share.&middot; Proposal &amp; Contract Management: Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and tender documentation. Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring all contracts align with legal and company guidelines.&middot; Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities (e.g., specialized services like deep cleaning or air duct cleaning).&middot; Collaboration: Coordinate with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met and to develop effective lead generation campaigns.&middot; Reporting &amp; CRM Usage: Track all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software and provide regular performance reports to management.&middot; Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support and act as a primary point of contact for key client inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.Required Skills and Qualifications:&middot; Experience: Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B or B2C sales/business development, preferably within the cleaning, facilities management (FM), or related service industry.&middot; Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.&middot; Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities to close deals effectively.&middot; Technical Proficiency: Competency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and statistical analysis tools.&middot; Attributes: Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.&middot; Education: A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is type.he has ready to do field workJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
