Pay: Up to $43.00 per hour (DOE)Maintenance Mechanic - PM ShiftSchedule: 4pm &ndash; 4:30am 4 days per week after January 1, schedule will transition to 5 days per week with 8hour shifts.Location: City of Industry, CAEmployment Type: Full-TimeOverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic with Controls Experience to support our 2nd shift/night shift operations and ensure the smooth, reliable performance of automated production equipment.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance, strong familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs (RA Logic 5000), and has worked within ISO-certified environments.This role requires a proactive troubleshooter who can manage late-shift maintenance needs and occasionally stay beyond scheduled hours to resolve critical production issues.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform scheduled and emergency mechanical/electrical maintenance on production and packaging equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot automation systems and controls, including Allen-Bradley PLCs (RA Logic 5000).</li><li>Read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic.</li><li>Maintain, calibrate, and repair instrumentation in accordance with ISO certification standards.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering to optimize equipment performance and reliability.</li><li>Log maintenance activities accurately in CMMS; follow preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.</li><li>Provide flexible after-hours troubleshooting support when needed.</li></ul>Qualifications Required:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.</li><li>Proven experience with Allen-Bradley automation systems and Rockwell Automation RA Logic 5000.</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical systems, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and instrumentation.</li><li>Familiarity with ISO-certified processes and instrumentation standards.</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.</li><li>Comfortable working 2nd shift/night shift and occasionally staying past 11:00 PM.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Technical school or vocational training in industrial maintenance or controls.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay (up to $43/hr DOE).</li><li>Shift differential for 2nd shift.</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>401(k) with employer match.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li>Training and advancement opportunities in controls and automation.</li></ul>Apply NowIf you're a hands-on professional with strong mechanical and controls expertise and a passion for maximizing uptime, we encourage you to apply.
