 MIJO is looking for a high-agency Project Manager / Operations Lead to serve as our operational backbone.
 
 
 In just one year, MIJO has grown to a team of 15, partnering with major tech brands, NBA-related apparel companies, and community-driven banks. We are at a pivotal scaling point. We need a leader who can bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and day-to-day creative execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 Reporting directly to the CEO and CCO, you will own the "how" of the agency&mdash;managing our systems, our team, and our profitability.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role
 
 
 This isn&rsquo;t just about checking boxes; it&rsquo;s about building the engine. You will:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Be a Strategic Partner: Translate the founders' vision into actionable plans and lead the charge when they are focused on growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Optimize the Machine: Audit and refine workflows across creative and video production to eliminate bottlenecks.
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead a Global Team: Manage and mentor our remote PM team in Argentina, ensuring they are fully integrated into our NYC culture and standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Oversee Production: Work alongside Video Production to manage resource allocation and ensure quality stays high as we scale.
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Master the Logic: Partner with our fractional CFO on budgets and SOWs, while supervising our junior staff on administrative execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 Who You Are
 
 
 &bull; Experienced: 6&ndash;8 years in a leadership or Senior PM role within a fast-paced creative agency or video production house.
 
 
 &bull; High-Agency: You don&rsquo;t wait for a manual; you identify gaps and fill them. You thrive in the "grey area" of a growing business.
 
 
 &bull; The "Creative-Operator": You are detail-obsessed and process-driven, but you speak the language of creatives. You know how to hold a team accountable while maintaining a partnership-first culture.
 
 
 &bull; Local-ish: This is a full-time, hybrid role based in NYC.
