Experience Required: 2&ndash;4 YearsQualification: MBA / MHA / PG or UG in HR, Finance, or related field<ul><li>Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and compliance processes.</li><li>Manage employee relations, attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.</li></ul>Finance &amp; Accounts<ul><li>Oversee daily accounting activities, cash flow, and expense management.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and monthly reports.</li><li>Ensure timely vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and management for financial planning and reviews.</li></ul>Operations Support<ul><li>Assist in coordinating operations related to tours, ticketing, and travel services.</li><li>Monitor business expenses and ensure cost efficiency in operations.</li><li>Liaise with departments to streamline administrative and operational processes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
