Team Lead Bought Out Technology Parts like servo, Controls, Hydraulic Pumps &amp; Motors, Bushing, LM Guides etc category parts with experience in engineering sector who will be responsible to handle 30-40 suppliers Individually along with 4 to 5 team members.</div><div></div><div>
Work You&rsquo;ll Do:</div><ul><li>
Managing Team and align them for achieving decided organization Goals and give time to time training to improve their knowledge.</li><li>
Responsible for getting Material on time from all suppliers as per requirement.</li><li>
Managing and controlling inventory as per organizations Goal.</li><li>
Need to have good communication skill and negotiation skill as need to work with many overseas suppliers.</li><li>
Get RFQ for any new parts released from Design and compare pricing and negotiate properly before adding into system</li><li>
Work with supplier for Negotiation to get price reduction based on commodity trend and annual volumes.</li><li>
Develop new suppliers based on requirement along with Design and Quality.</li><li>
Work with supplier to resolve on going Quality issue and clearing open PDF Timely. Understand warranty clause of supplier and act accordingly to avoid any additional cost impact due to Quality issue of supplier.</li><li>
Should have Knowledge of ERP tool for purchase. Oracle is preferable.</li><li>
Attending daily and weekly meetings related to Quality, Planning, supplier review, Cost reductions, Supplier development, etc</li></ul><div></div><div>

Team Lead Supply Chain

 We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance professional to join our team at Milacron India. This role will play a vital part in supporting our compliance initiatives by assisting in the investigation of potential compliance breaches and regulatory issues. This role will include facilitating confidential investigations across diverse scope which includes violation of law, code of business conduct and ethics, fraud or company policies and procedures across all business areas.

 This role closely collaborates with other functions such as HR, Internal Audit, Operations, Finance, Quality in conducting investigations, updating key stakeholders on the process of investigations, and tracking implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

  <li>
   Oversee internal investigations into allegation of ethical violations, legal non-compliance, violation of the company&rsquo;s policies and code of conduct and other related matters, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Evaluate reported cases and determine the criticality, facilitate the investigation in consultation with the General Counsel in accordance with the company&rsquo;s policy.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage and conduct investigation of reported concerns and ensure quality of investigations process and comprehensive reports along with timely closure of reported cases.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure that all cases closures are supported by adequate documentation and the necessary supporting documents are preserved and take adequate corrective preventive actions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for developing an annual monitoring plan with defined timelines and perform regular monitoring &amp; review as per the plan developed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in developing, updating and enforcing investigation related policies and procedures, remediation and training programs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitate a culture of open communication where employees feel encouraged to raise concerns and promote speak up culture and raise awareness of the compliance, company&rsquo;s policies and procedures.

  Basic Qualifications

   Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from a reputed law college in India.
  </li>
  <li>
   6-9 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm and/or in-house legal department of a multinational corporation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Expertise in leading complex investigations, with strong analytical, interviewing and report writing skills with adequate understanding of applicable legal framework.
  </li>
  <li>
   Exceptional ability to manage multiple investigations and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
