 1. Directly manage all O&amp;G and EPCI logistics accounts in Qatar for Milaha Freight Logistics, which includes freight forwarding, project logistics, warehousing &amp; local trucking
 
 
 2. Plan and oversee pricing and tender submission, including where multiple Milaha business units are part of the service offering
 
 
 3. Maintain CRM data for leads &amp; opportunities
 
 
 4. Understand O&amp;G logistics contracts and legal / international standards
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Strategy
 
 
 
 5. Develop and execute Milaha&rsquo;s O&amp;G logistics business development strategy, focusing on project logistics and leveraging Milaha&rsquo;s other services for solution offering
 
 
 6. Monitor &amp; provide market intelligence across the enterprise and highlight and qualify opportunities. Assess these opportunities based on potential revenue, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Stakeholder Management &amp; Cross Selling
 
 
 
 7. Coordinate closely with other Milaha businesses to provide end-to-end solutions for O&amp;G clients (e.g. offshore vessel operations, ship agency &amp; husbandry, land transport, heavy lift operations)
 
 
 8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government entities, and industry stakeholders. This involves regular client meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to promote long-term partnerships
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Reporting
 
 
 
 9. Monitor and report on revenue targets, project financials, and other KPIs for business development. Provide regular updates to management, analyzing gaps, and recommending adjustments to meet or exceed targets.

 10. Ensure operations/work processes occur in accordance with all relevant legal, regulatory and any other standards and requirements to which compliance is required;

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education &amp; Professional Qualification:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Professional Experience:
 
 
 
 &bull; 8+ years of experience in O&amp;G logistics commercial role (business development, tender submission, account management)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Geographic Experience:
 
 
 
 &bull; Middle East experience preferred
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Computer Skills:
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM software
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Language Skills:

Manager – Business Development (Oil & Gas)

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Analyze business system requirements, assess current processes (AS-IS), and design future-state solutions (TO-BE) to enhance operational efficiency.
 
 
 &bull; Create business requirements specifications (BRS) and lead ERP implementation projects.
 
 
 &bull; Assess ERP systems and perform user acceptance testing, identifying any discrepancies between the delivered software and initial requirements.

 &bull; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

 Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills
 
 
 
 
 Education &amp; Professional Qualification:
 
 
 
 &bull; Relevant business degree in Technology or Supply Chain Management.
 
 
 &bull; Globally recognized Project Management certification will be an advantage.
 
 
 
 Professional Experience:
 
 
 
 &bull; Logistics or Maritime experience. Ideally from a leading company in the region and with knowledge in Feeder, NVOCC or Freight forwarding &amp; container management
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience in business applications (from either implementation or operation or both)
 
 
 &bull; Other preferred qualifications
 
 
 &bull; 3-5 years extensive experience using leading business improvement methodologies and processes (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma, PMP or similar)
 
 
 &bull; Demonstrated Project Governance experience
 
 
 &bull; Cross-Functional experience and / or Management Consulting experience a plus
 
 
 
 Geographic Experience:
