This is an on-site role based in Kalyan, involving regular coordination with multiple construction sites and site offices.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and file site-related documents such as:<ul><li>Material delivery challans (cement, steel, tiles, etc.)</li><li>Purchase bills and invoices</li></ul>Assist the accounts team with:<ul><li>Bill entries</li><li>Expense tracking</li><li>Petty cash records</li></ul>Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for:<ul><li>Daily paperwork</li><li>Pending or missing documents</li></ul>Maintain Excel records for:<ul><li>Site-wise expenses</li><li>Material registers</li></ul>Handle scanning, emailing, and general office documentationCoordinate paperwork between head office and other site officesRequirements<ul><li>Graduate (preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;2 years experience in construction / real estate / accounts support (preferred)</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting &amp; documentation</li><li>Good working knowledge of MS Excel and email</li><li>Strong coordination and follow-up skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi for better coordination</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
