Your Ability to Make a Difference:
<ul><li>Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.</li>
<li>Client Education &amp; Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.</li>
<li>Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.</li>
<li>Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan&rsquo;s standards of professionalism.</li>

Position Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan&rsquo;s established medical protocols</li>
<li>Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results</li>
<li>Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records</li>
<li>Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments</li>
<li>Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate</li>
<li>Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service</li>
<li>Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records</li>
<li>Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation</li>
<li>Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance</li>
<li>Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction</li>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is required</li>
<li>For Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is required</li>

This team is the call center sales engine of Milan, and it is where the client journey begins. About the Role
You will be the first impression of Milan for prospective clients across the country. Through inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chat, you will communicate our brand in a way that is professional, clear, and energizing. Your primary goal is to convert warm, high intent leads into booked consultations by helping them feel confident and excited to start their hair free journey.
This is fast paced, metric driven work where your performance directly influences your earnings. You will balance accuracy, speed, and strong service while creating a positive experience that reflects the Milan standard.
Compensation:
<ul><li>Base Pay: $20.00 per hour ($41,600 annually)</li>
<li>Bilingual Differential: $1.50 per hour</li>
<li>Total Cash Earnings: $22.85+ per hour with commission ($60,000+ annually)</li>

Schedule: This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) Scheduled in 10-hour shifts. Including three (3) weekdays every week, plus rotating weekend coverage (Saturday &amp; Sunday every other weekend).

<li>Enhance each client's experience by establishing a personal connection, ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction.</li>
<li>Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty.</li>
<li>Additionally, initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews.</li>
</ul>
Operational Support:
<ul><li>Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction.</li>
<li>Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records.</li>
<li>Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms.</li>
</ul>
Other Duties:
<ul><li>Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required</li>
<li>Administrative and/or sales experience preferred</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently required</li>
<li>Works well in a team environment required</li>
<li>Ability to maintain highly confidential information required</li>
<li>Ability to use a computer and sales software required</li>
<li>Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry required</li>
<li>Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business required</li>
</ul>
