MILANO MODULAR KITCHEN AND WARDROBE LOACTED AT PLOT NO. 1211 SECTOR 82 MOHALI.Job Role: Modular Kitchen DesignerKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Consultation:</li><li>Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, space constraints, and budget.</li><li>Provide expert advice on kitchen layout, materials, finishes, and appliances.</li><li>Design &amp; Planning:</li><li>Create detailed modular kitchen layouts using design software (AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, 2020 Design, etc.).</li><li>Plan for ergonomics, efficient storage, work triangle, ventilation, and lighting.</li><li>Customize designs based on client requirements and site conditions.</li><li>3D Visualization:</li><li>Prepare 3D renderings or walkthroughs to help clients visualize the design.</li><li>Revise designs based on client feedback and approvals.</li><li>Material &amp; Hardware Selection:</li><li>Recommend suitable materials (e.g., HDHMR, plywood, acrylic, laminates) and hardware (hinges, drawers, channels).</li><li>Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for samples and pricing.</li><li>Project Coordination:</li><li>Collaborate with production teams, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.</li><li>Supervise installation work to ensure designs are implemented correctly.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Quotation:</li><li>Prepare cost estimates and bills of materials (BOM).</li><li>Ensure designs stay within the approved budget.</li><li>Sales Support:</li><li>Assist the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed projects.</li><li>Participate in showroom walk-ins, exhibitions, or promotional events.</li><li>After-Sales Support:</li><li>Handle client concerns post-installation.</li><li>Coordinate service calls for adjustments or defects.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.).</li><li>Strong sense of spatial planning and aesthetics.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Project management and multitasking ability.</li></ul>SALARY - According to the ability.For more information you can reach us 8628899587,9494770000.milanomodularkitchen1211@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,492.04 - &#8377;42,296.32 per monthWork Location: In person
