 Position Summary
 
 
 The Administrative &amp; Operations Assistant is a foundational role on our team. You will support the daily business functions that keep MHMS running &mdash; from coordinating service requests and maintaining accurate records to communicating with clients and helping our leadership team stay organized. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who takes ownership of their work and brings professionalism and follow-through to everything they do.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support daily office operations and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with interpreter and translator scheduling and assignment coordination
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain organized records, databases, and documentation to ensure compliance and quality
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal communications
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate incoming service requests and update job details in our system
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with quality assurance procedures, file organization, and compliance documentation
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage supplies, vendor communication, and office logistics
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide administrative support to leadership, including follow-up and project assistance
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree, or equivalent professional experience
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2&ndash;4 years of administrative or operations experience (language services industry is a plus, but not required)
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Comfortable working with MS Office Suite, CRM, or scheduling software; willing to learn new systems quickly
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated &mdash; you do not need to be micromanaged
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A team player who is also comfortable working independently

 Compensation &amp; Benefits
 
 
 
 Pay Range:
 
 $25.00&ndash;$28.00 per hour ($52,000&ndash;$58,000 annually).
