Position: Technical Interior / Architectural 3D ModelerWe are looking for a detail-focused 3D modeler with an interior design or architecture background.This role is not for pure CGI or decorative rendering. We need someone who understands space, proportions, furniture, and real-world logic, and can build accurate 3D models before any rendering or styling.You will work directly with the Design Director. Design direction is provided, your responsibility is to deliver a clean, logical, technical correct base model.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create accurate 3D models from plans and written instructions</li><li>Start projects with white models only (no colors, no styling)</li><li>Model wardrobes, dressing rooms, kitchens, islands, and custom furniture</li><li>Ensure correct dimensions, clearances, and realistic proportions</li><li>Prepare clean files for rendering or coordinate with a remote visualizer</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Interior Design or Architecture background</li><li>Strong technical modeling skills</li><li>Good understanding of furniture and joinery basics</li><li>Comfortable using AI tools for references or workflow support</li><li>Able to work remotely or based in Oman / UAE</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>400 OMR / month (fixed)</li><li>Full-time, long-term role</li><li>Performance review after probation</li></ul>How to Apply Send your application by email (details will be shared privately).
