Draftsman &ndash; Interior &amp; Fit-OutLocation: Muscat, OmanJob Opportunity: Draftsman What You&rsquo;ll Bring:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with interior design, fit-out, and joinery drawing standards.</li><li>Proven experience preparing detailed shop drawings, production drawings, and as-built documentation.</li><li>Good understanding of interior layouts, materials, joinery details, and finishing schedules.</li><li>Ability to interpret design concepts and translate 3D visuals or sketches into precise technical drawings.</li><li>Knowledge of BOQ preparation, material take-offs, and basic cost estimation related to interior works.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of professional experience in drafting for interior design, joinery, or fit-out projects.</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Familiarity with SketchUp , or other visualization tools is an added advantage.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Produce accurate technical drawings, joinery details, and interior layouts based on design and site requirements.</li><li>Prepare production drawings and BOQ summaries for procurement and cost estimation purposes.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and alignment between design and execution.</li><li>Revise and update drawings in response to design changes or client feedback.</li><li>Maintain organized drawing sets, revisions, and project documentation.</li><li>Ensure all outputs meet the company&rsquo;s quality standards, budget targets, and schedule deadlines.</li></ul>To Apply: Send your CV and portfolio to Dana@mileshigh.coSubject Line: &quot;Draftsman- Current Location- Years of Experience&quot;Job Types: Permanent, Full-timePay: RO200.000 - RO280.000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Muscat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>3D modelling, rendering: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
