Finance Manager Responsibilities: - Utilize and support the dealership F&amp;I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries - Generate additional income through sales of insurance, vehicles, service contracts and maintenance plans - Benchmark each dealership&rsquo;s production goals with cooperation of the General Manager to measure growth and achievement of dealerships F&amp;I goals - Maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customers Finance Manager Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager in dealership setting - Reynolds &amp; Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, eLeads experience preferred - Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork - Ability to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goals - Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills - Associate&rsquo;s degree or bachelor's degree, preferred MileOne Autogroup is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug free work environment. This is a Monday through Friday position, no Saturdays. As a Business Development Specialist you will respond to internet customer inquiries, assist with handling the leads and the internet listings, make follow up phone calls and set up appointments with potential customers for the sales team to take over the selling process.
