 About The Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 Performance Marketer
 
 (Paid Media Specialist / Growth Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist) who is ready to take ownership, push boundaries and drive measurable growth for Milele&rsquo;s rental division.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll lead a team to ensure paid acquisition, optimize performance funnels and scale campaigns across major digital platforms. This is a role where you&rsquo;ll be challenged, encouraged to experiment and expected to evolve - even on the days you don&rsquo;t feel like it.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Campaign Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and SEM/PPC platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop smart audience-targeting strategies to maximize efficiency and conversions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously test creatives, messaging, and formats to unlock stronger performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance Optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor key KPIs including CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct A/B tests on ads, funnels, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize budgets and campaign structures for maximum ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytics &amp; Reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze performance using GA4, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics dashboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommended actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities, trends, and strategic gaps to improve lead generation and paid acquisition performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with core business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Share insights on customer behavior, funnel performance, and market trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Market Research
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on platform updates, industry shifts, and competitor activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explore new channels for paid media, growth marketing, and brand visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Test emerging formats to expand our performance marketing ecosystem.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>

 2+ years in performance marketing / PPC / paid media / growth marketing, ideally within mobility, automotive, rental, or digital-first industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, analytics, CRM funnels and campaign optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of improving conversion metrics and driving revenue growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
