Job Description<ul><li>Understanding design requirements through design briefs</li><li>Creating and designing various elements for digital collateral</li><li>Designing images and graphics for websites, social media posts, and newsletters</li><li>Come up with plans for creating creative designs for design projects that meet the branding requirements</li><li>Conceptualizing and developing graphics, design concepts, and layouts</li><li>Assure all designs are completed on schedule time and with high quality</li><li>Prioritizing and managing multiple designs within its specs</li><li>Perform retouching and image manipulation</li><li>Should be able to work with a broad range of media and graphic design software</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Exceptional graphic design skills</li><li>Skillset in graphics, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, CorelDraw, etc</li><li>Good knowledge and understanding of image composition, aesthetic design, and typography</li><li>Experience in photo-editing</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS and XHTML is preferred</li><li>Innovate design and creative skills</li><li>Good presentation and communication skills</li><li>Should have completed a Bachelors degree in graphic design, art, or similar is preferable</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Design: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
