We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Management Trainee to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)</li><li>Conduct initial interviews and follow up with candidates</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Support onboarding and orientation of new employees</li><li>Assist in attendance management and HR reporting</li><li>Help organize employee engagement activities</li><li>Ensure professional communication within and outside the organization</li><li>Provide administrative support to the HR department as required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Strong interpersonal and coordination skills</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Well-organized, confident, and detail-oriented</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word &amp; Excel)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Important: This is a strictly onsite, office-based position in Gulberg, Lahore.
