About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This person thrives in a collaborative environment, is confident speaking up when timelines shift, eager to share insights after campaigns, and capable of managing multiple projects with precision and accountability.Success in this role comes from combining a hands-on approach with strategic awareness: understanding how daily actions impact broader marketing goals and continuously improving processes to support the team&rsquo;s efficiency and outcomes.Responsibilities:Marketing Support<ul><li>Work closely with the Marketing Manager to maintain the marketing calendar, scope campaign costs, allocate resources, and ensure projects stay on schedule.</li><li>Communicate progress proactively, identify bottlenecks, and help keep internal and external contributors aligned and accountable.</li></ul>Lead Generation &amp; Database Support<ul><li>Collaborate on lead generation initiatives while ensuring data accuracy from collection through reporting.</li><li>Manage campaign tracking in Salesforce and Pardot, monitor engagement and conversion trends, and analyze results to inform future strategies.</li><li>Be detail-oriented in managing prospect data and identifying trends that can inform strategy.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Prepare and analyze campaign performance reports and marketing performance metrics.</li><li>Assist with department budget tracking, and ensure marketing activities align with strategic objectives.</li></ul>Email Marketing Campaigns<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling content, designing templates, segmenting email lists, and analyzing performance metrics.</li></ul>Digital &amp; In-Person Events<ul><li>Plan and coordinate webinars, trade shows, product launches, and sales events.</li><li>Manage registrations, communications, and post-event reporting to capture insights and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul>Social &amp; Digital Advertising<ul><li>Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, collaborate with external digital marketing teams, and optimize paid search and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.</li></ul>Collateral &amp; Creative Design<ul><li>Maintain and update marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits, coordinating with Product teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.</li><li>Develop creative assets such as graphics, videos, and infographics, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience.</li></ul>Website Updates<ul><li>Maintain and update website content using WordPress (or similar CMS) to reflect active campaigns, SEO best practices, and user experience standards. Identify and recommend areas for optimization.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field</li><li>3-5 years of experience in a Marketing support role</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot) or similar software</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.</li><li>Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe InDesign a plus</li><li>HTML, JAVA, &amp; CSS web development skills are a plus (preferably WordPress experience)</li><li>Proficiency on all Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)</li></ul>About Milestone:Milestone is an international company that specializes in innovative sample preparation solutions used in laboratories worldwide.
