About the Job:You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing our pool of global resources- translators.Our translators are typically native speakers of practically every language in the world, who work remotely from their homes, on a project basis, providing localization and other language-related services.You will work to find, screen, train and document new resourcesSalary: Rs. 3,00,000- 3,60,000 per annumType: Full time, in-officeLocation: Indiranagar, BangaloreResponsibilities:<ul><li>Drive end to end life-cycle of recruiting translators for different languages to meet the needs of ongoing and future projects</li><li>Find and screen freelance translators- check their CVs and experience, conduct tests to check their skills, complete the paperwork and on-boarding to officially make them a part of our team</li><li>Manage the negotiation of vendor contracts and rate cards</li><li>Build strong relationships with all resources in order to keep them motivated and engaged with the company.</li><li>Keep the resources database updated and collect and manage all the onboarding documents. Keep track of all candidates and their skills for future leverage.</li><li>Support and work closely with the Project Team and build up new teams as per their requirements</li><li>Act as a point of escalation for collaboration issues or conflicts with vendors</li></ul>Experience and Qualifications:<ul><li>Background in HR (recruitment), vendor onboarding, resource management or localization project management</li><li>1+ years of experience</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)</li><li>Good people skills (you will talk to hundreds of people every month)</li><li>Well organized</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;360,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Indiranagar, Bengaluru - 560038, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Hiring international candidates: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Recruiting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
