Responsibility</b></p><p>
1. System Configuration &amp; Customization</p><ul><li>Configure NetSuite modules (CRM, ERP, Finance, Inventory, HR, etc.) based on business requirements.</li><li>Create and manage custom fields, records, workflows, forms, dashboards, and saved searches.</li><li>Develop and maintain roles and permissions to enforce least-privilege access.</li></ul><p>
2. User Management &amp; Support</p><ul><li>Onboard/offboard users, assign licenses, roles, and access.</li><li>Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.</li><li>Act as the first line of support for NetSuite issues before escalating to developers or external consultants.</li></ul><p>
3. System Maintenance &amp; Upgrades</p><ul><li>Monitor system performance and logs.</li><li>Test and validate NetSuite&rsquo;s upgrades before they go live.</li><li>Maintain integrations with other systems (Salesforce, MuleSoft, Magneto, etc.).</li></ul><p>
4. Security &amp; Compliance</p><ul><li>Manage MFA and access controls.</li><li>Audit roles, permissions, and activity logs.</li></ul><p>
5. Reporting &amp; Analytics</p><ul><li>Build custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards for finance, business unites, and leadership teams.</li><li>Translate business questions into actionable saved searches or SuiteAnalytics reports.</li></ul><p>
6. Business Process Improvement</p><ul><li>Assist Customer Service with the order fulfillment process</li><li>Maintain the EDI process with channels</li><li>Assist Data and Business Intelligence team on the data integration with Salesforce and in-house applications</li><li>Document processes, gather requirements, and make recommendations.</li><li>Support automation projects to reduce manual data entry and errors.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualification</b></p><ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of direct NetSuite admin or ERP admin experience.</li><li>Experience to serve NetSuite organization with over 150 users.</li><li>Work in the US (eastern time) shift</li><li>NetSuite expertise:</li></ul><p>
o SuiteBuilder (custom fields, records, forms)</p><p>
o SuiteFlow (workflows/automation)</p><p>
o SuiteAnalytics (reports, dashboards, KPIs)</p><p>
o Role/permission management</p><ul><li>SuiteScript knowledge (to read/troubleshoot scripts, though deeper coding is usually a developer&rsquo;s job).</li><li>Familiarity with integrations (MuleSoft, Salesforce, Magento).</li><li>General IT knowledge: databases, Excel/Power Query, APIs.</li><li>NetSuite Certification is a plus</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

Role Summary</b></p><p>
Lead requirements elicitation, process modeling, and documentation for contract generation in C3/Salesforce, partnering closely with the Lead Developer and Architect to define the future-state template/merge approach and approval workflows, and to support pilot execution.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Elicit and document business requirements (data fields, clauses, variants, approval paths), non-functional needs (auditability, performance), and constraints.</li><li>
Produce functional specs, mapping catalogs, process flows (as-is/to-be), and acceptance criteria; maintain single source of truth in Confluence/JIRA.</li><li>
Facilitate workshops with Legal, Procurement, and Business Owners to inventory templates/clauses and agree on canonical templates and field mappings.</li><li>
Support UAT: create test scenarios, data sets, and traceability to requirements; log defects and drive resolution with engineering.</li><li>
Partner with Architect/Lead Developer to assess fit/gap and recommend quick wins for rollout; contribute to governance (versioning, change control).</li></ul><p><b>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Prior experience with C3 is necessary.</li><li>
Strong requirements &amp; process documentation (user stories, BPMN, data dictionaries), stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Salesforce/C3 contract generation concepts (merge fields, clause libraries, approval rules) and enterprise audit/compliance expectations.</li><li>
Experience in UAT planning/execution, traceability, and defect triage; familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence).</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred / Nice-to-Have</b></p><ul><li>
Background in pharma/life sciences or other regulated industries; understanding of audit protocols and data readiness.</li><li>
Exposure to Salesforce DevOps and release management practices.</li></ul><p><b>
