 DC Warehouse/ Manufacturing Associate L1 # 12474 - NOT A TECHNICAL ROLE - Multiple Openings
 
 
 
 
 Location: New Albany, OH.
 
 
 
 Milestone Logistics Specialists are responsible for safely moving all of the parts into, out of, and around the client Data Center and multiple warehouses using a variety of technology and equipment.
 
 
 
 Physical Demands

 Transport inventory by hand, while working around material handling equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 May require individual lifting of items weighing 30-50lbs by hand.
 </li>
 <li>
 May require extended periods on your feet
 </li>

 May require miles of walking per day throughout the Warehouses and Data Center

 What You Will Need To Move Forward

 High School Diploma or GED equivalent
 </li>

 Minimum 1 year of operations or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment, or distribution center environment
 </li>

 Ability to work with instruction as part of a larger team
 </li>

 </li>

 </li>

 Description
 
 
 We&rsquo;re seeking a data-driven, analytically minded Sr. Data Analyst/Engineer to support performance measurement, insights generation, and AI-related research across our organization.
 
 
 
 
 
 This individual will report directly to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will play a key role in building dashboards, analyzing trends, and delivering insights that help leadership make informed, data-backed decisions.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate has strong technical proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools, an aptitude for research and synthesis, and a curiosity for how technology and AI are transforming the industry.
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities

 Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, and Smartsheet to visualize key metrics and trends.
