Key Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul>
<li>
Supervise daily operations of the Food &amp; Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and other dining areas.</li>
<li>Ensure efficient and courteous service delivery to meet or exceed guest expectations.</li>
<li>Supervise and train F&amp;B colleagues, providing guidance on service standards, product knowledge, and guest interactions.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing departments to ensure adequate supplies.</li>
<li>Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.</li>
<li>Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.</li>
<li>Collaborate with kitchen colleagues to ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of food and beverages.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing and maintaining F&amp;B promotions and events to attract and retain guests.</li>
<li>Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the F&amp;B department.</li>
<li>Collaborate with management to achieve financial goals and enhance overall departmental performance.</li>
<li>Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.</li>
<li>Adhere to the company&rsquo;s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.</li></ul></div>
