Job Opening: Site Engineer &ndash; Interior Fitouts (Salem)Company: January Designs / Millennium Interiors Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu Experience Required: 1&ndash;3 years in Interior Fitout ProjectsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee interior fitout works for premium residential and commercial projects in Salem. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, coordination with vendors/contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with high standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day interior fitout activities at site (modular furniture, false ceiling, painting, flooring, tiling, electrical &amp; plumbing works).</li><li>Take site measurements, check drawings, and ensure accurate implementation.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, contractors, and project managers.</li><li>Monitor quality, material usage, and site safety.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.</li><li>Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure timely project completion.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma / B.E in Civil / Interior / Architecture or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in interior fitout or construction site supervision.</li><li>Knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and turnkey interiors is a plus.</li><li>Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.</li><li>Strong communication and team management skills.</li><li>Based in or willing to relocate to Salem.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Exposure to premium interior projects.</li><li>Opportunity to work with an award-winning design studio.</li><li>Growth and learning in a structured environment.</li><li>Competitive salary package (as per experience).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, CommissionPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Salem, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>interior fitouts : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Salem, Tamil Nadu (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
