   Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to make informed pricing decisions.

   Monitor and manage room inventory and availability across distribution channels.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through promotions and campaigns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct regular revenue meetings to review pricing, demand forecasts, and market insights.
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilize revenue management software and tools to optimize pricing and inventory.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze historical data to identify patterns and trends for pricing and inventory control.
  </li>
  <li>
   Forecast future demand and revenue based on market analysis and historical data- savvy on tools like : Opera/IDEAS/Rate Gain/Lighthouse/Channel Manager, etc
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and present revenue reports and performance metrics to senior management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners and online travel agencies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in budgeting and financial planning related to revenue.
  </li>
  <li>
   Train and mentor revenue management team members.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Adhere to the company&rsquo;s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
  </li>
