<div><p>As the Director of Sales, you play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion for our hotel. Leveraging your extensive sales leadership experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team. Your focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, coupled with a deep understanding of the market dynamics, will contribute to the overall success of the hotel.</p><ul>

Minimum 5 years' experience in a director of sales position, preferably at an international 5-star hotel.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Knowledge of charter segment and tour groups contracting.
</li></ul><ul><li>GCC experience is a plus.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Opera.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Fluency in English, written and spoken, Arabic is preferred.</li>

<li>Manage the sales budget, monitor expenses and ensuring cost-effective strategies.</li>
<li>Report regularly on sales performance against budgetary goals.</li>
<li>Coordinate and support sales-related events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Drive participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.</li>
<li>Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.</li>
<li>Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.</li>
<li>Work closely with revenue management and reservations teams to optimize room revenue.</li>
<li>Ensure sales activities adhere to ethical standards and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Uphold the hotel's reputation and brand integrity in all sales interactions.</li>
<li>Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate innovations into sales strategies.</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes for improved efficiency.</li>
