We do not sponsor employment visas.Position Overview: Marketing Manager: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join Miller Bros Solar to lead our efforts in driving business growth and market presence. This requires creative marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain clients in the rapidly evolving solar and energy storage industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI.</li><li>Develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.</li><li>Manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.</li><li>Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote the company&rsquo;s services.</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales and marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with external vendors and partners for graphic design, SEO, and digital advertising as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the renewable energy sector.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong understanding of solar and BESS technologies, markets, and customer segments.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing software.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.</li><li>Analytical skills to interpret sales data and marketing performance metrics.</li><li>Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience working with utility-scale solar and BESS projects or related industries.</li><li>Knowledge of renewable energy industry regulations and compliance standards.</li><li>Graphic design or basic video editing skills for content creation.</li></ul>For more information, please reach out to mbsrecruting@millerbros.usJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Conshohocken, PA 19428
