Job Summary
Supporting the warehouse management team, drives assignments and priorities to the warehouse team, via &ldquo;Dashboard&rdquo; management, and acts as liaison to inside customers via incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails, and/or Jira requests regarding customer orders, shipment information, etc.
Monitor and expedite shipments to meet Maharam&rsquo;s on time performance to our customers.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Assist in monitoring inbound email correspondence to the warehouse office</li><li>
Handle Jira tickets related to shipping issues, receiving discrepancies, order corrections, and system-related problems
</li><li>Create, update, track, and follow up on Jira requests
</li><li>Manage and resolve all Past SLA Jira tickets, including research, updates, and coordination with internal teams
</li><li>Communicate resolutions, next steps, and status updates through Jira</li><li>
Monitor orders that are about to fall out of our on time performance commitments; does what&rsquo;s necessary to expedite such orders within the warehouse/fulfillment center, to the point of order fulfillment and customer delivery
</li><li>Works with the receiving team, as required, to ensure the effiecient receipt of materials, and prompt storage to the warehouse and inventory management system.</li><li>
Coordination with outside 3PL WH</li><li>
Perform miscellaneous duties as required.</li></ul>

This position reports to the Senior Director
Contacts Inside and Outside the Organization
This position will routinely have contact with Sales Reps and Coordinators, Yaphank departments including: Sales Reps and Coordinators, Resource Management, QA, Credit, and Client Services, with potential client contact.
Knowledge and Skills<ul><li>
Superior telephone/e-mail skills</li><li>
Ability to confidently handle problem resolution, and setting production/warehouse priorities.</li><li>
Organized and able to multi task</li><li>
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal</li><li>
Computer savvy with working knowledge of MS Office including outlook, and Word; and ability to learn DON and various Maharam specific computer functions</li><li>
A Must complete today attitude</li></ul>
Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience preferred in a warehouse or production environment.

Compensation range for this role is $25.00 - $27.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.  Job Description &ndash; Office Administrator KSA
 
 
 
 
 Purpose of the job
 
 
 
 To provide sales and administrative support to the KSA based sales team. To ensure the showroom is well presented at all times.
 
 
 
 Specific Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Manage back-of-house functions and support the day-to-day operations of the KSA entity, including all office-related activities. Handle incoming calls and emails directed to MillerKnoll KSA, ensuring timely and professional responses. Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards across all touchpoints. Oversee daily office requirements, including purchasing supplies, stationery, CMF materials, software, and miscellaneous equipment. Coordinate local and international shipments using the FedEx software manager. Act as the primary point of contact for the IT department regarding office-related IT issues. Assist with hotel and travel arrangements for the team as required. Maintain an up-to-date log of monthly attendance and annual leave records in Excel and share it with the Administration Manager. Support Dealers and Market Managers with project tracking and CRM activities; Salesforce.com experience is preferred. Provide support to Dealers and Market Managers by managing company portal activities and delivering administrative assistance as required. Navigate government and company portals to ensure smooth issuance of PRO/GRO requests and collaborate with local service partners to facilitate required processes relating to MillerKnoll KSA
