<p><b><i>We are currently seeking Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team, who will safely guide traffic through our work zones using signs and hand signals.</i></b></p>

<p><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Discusses traffic routing plans, and type and location of control points with superior.</li>
<li>Distributes traffic control signs and markers along site in designated pattern.</li>
<li>Directs movement of traffic through site, using sign, hand, and flag signals.</li>
<li>Warns construction workers when approaching vehicle fails to heed signals to prevent accident and injury to workers.</li>
<li>Informs drivers of detour routes through construction sites.</li>
<li>Records license number of traffic control violators.</li>
<li>Gives hand marker to last driver in line up of one-way traffic for Flagger at opposite end of site, signaling clearance for reverse flow of traffic.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time and work outside in varying weather conditions</li>
<li>Current driver&rsquo;s license with good driving record</li>
<li>Current DOT physical or ability to obtain one</li>
<li>Travel frequently within the area for work assignments.
<ul><li><i>County Coverage: Blackford, Delaware, Fayette, Grant, Henry, Huntington, Jay, Madison, Tipton, and Wayne</i></li>
</ul>
</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>1+ year traffic control experience</li>
