 is looking to add to its team of Regional Maintenance Managers to support ongoing growth throughout New England. The
 
 Regional Maintenance Manager
 
 
 position can live anywhere within the territory
 
 
 
 though will require regular travel to the diesel maintenance shops in CT, MA, and NH
 
 
 . This position is a key leadership position for Miller Truck Leasing and will have the ability to positively impact our continued growth throughout New England.
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 You Will:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead teams of diesel technicians and service managers at assigned shops in CT, MA, and NH
 </li>
 <li>
 P&amp;L responsibility for each shop
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and manage to company processes and procedures at all shops in the region
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel to shops regularly
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure safety and OSHA and DOT compliance of shops and employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage hiring and scheduling across locations
 </li>
 <li>
 Audit maintenance and repairs and monitor KPIs for each location
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You Have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10 or more years of experience managing in heavy diesel truck maintenance
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and customer-focused skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with computer and vehicle diagnostics
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel within district (Within 100 miles), work flexible schedule, and work overtime if needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Business degree or technical school certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Truck Leasing experience is strongly desired

 You Will
 
 :
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform routine preventative maintenance and general reconditioning of equipment on Class 1 through Class 8 vehicles, as well as refrigeration vehicles
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnose, document, and repair engine fault codes (Company supplied OEM software) following proper warranty procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Repair / Replace brakes, steering components, suspension, and perform alignments
 </li>
 <li>
 Replace clutches &amp; transmissions
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 You Have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of prior experience working as a Diesel Mechanic or Fleet Mechanic
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience or formal training diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 1-7 diesel tractors
 </li>
 <li>
 A valid CDL (Class A or B) or the ability to acquire a Commercial Driver License with the assistance of our trainer
 </li>
 <li>
 Hand tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Sunday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM AND Monday - Thursday from 2:00 PM until 10:30 PM OR
 </li>
 <li>
 Tuesday - Friday from 2:00 PM until 10:30 PM AND Saturday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM

 Requirements
 
 
 
 The
 
 
 Part-Time Runner (Driver)
 
 
 will be expected to make pick-ups and drop-offs between Miller offices, maintenance shops, our customer locations, post office, as well as several motor vehicle agencies as needed. Will assist with moving and storing documentation at an off-site storage facility, taking the Runner car for servicing as needed, and will need to be flexible as other duties may/will be assigned.
 
 
 
 You Will:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive safely to make all pick-ups and drop-offs using a company vehicle
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive within a 50 mile radius (rough estimate) of Mount Holly, NJ to multiple locations as directed
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivering boxes of documents to offsite storage facility with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
 </li>
 <li>
 Address and accomplish other duties as assigned
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You Have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to drive within the area making pick-ups and drop-offs as needed for the business
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work Part-Time Hours
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Schedule is Monday - Friday with a 9:00 AM start time (until finished)
 </li>
 <li>
 Some days only requires an hour and other days require 4 - 5 Hours
