Strong work ethic and a problem-solving mentality are a must for this role.This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, dependable, and looking for a long-term career with a company that values both professional growth and strong character.Responsibilities<ul><li>Teach and work with an apprentice</li><li>Oversee daily operations and keep projects on schedule</li><li>Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems</li><li>Read blueprints, schematics, and project plans</li><li>Ensure all work is completed to high end quality standards</li><li>Maintain compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes</li><li>Communicate effectively with project manager, foreman, and other colleagues</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Journeyman electrician with 4+ years of electrical experience</li><li>Strong experience in both commercial and residential electrical work</li><li>Ability to work independently and as a team</li><li>Detail oriented with pride in high quality craftsmanship</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver's license</li><li>Ready to start immediately and make an impact</li></ul>Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
