Key Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals, such as brand awareness, website traffic, and customer engagement.</li><li>Content Creation: Produce, curate, and edit engaging, high-quality, and visually appealing content (text, images, videos, reels, GIFs) tailored to specific platforms.</li><li>Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster positive engagement.</li><li>Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) and generate reports to analyze success and optimize strategies.</li><li>Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.</li><li>Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and paid ad strategies to support overall marketing initiatives.</li></ul>Key Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Experience: Generally 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar marketing role.</li><li>Tools: Proficiency with platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and social media management/scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).</li><li>Creative Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere) or graphic design tools like Canva.</li><li>Analytics: Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and native platform analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights).</li><li>Communication: Excellent communication, writing, and proofreading skills for creating engaging captions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
