Administrative Assistant (Data Entry Focus)We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day data entry and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working on a computer, and confident with typing and managing spreadsheets.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets and internal systems</li><li>Process timesheets and assist with payroll-related data entry</li><li>Maintain organized digital records and files</li><li>Review data for errors and ensure accuracy</li><li>Assist with general administrative tasks as needed</li><li>Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems</li><li>Fast and accurate typing skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets</li><li>High attention to detail and organization</li><li>Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Prior administrative or data entry experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>We are open to training someone who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Stable, full-time schedule (Monday&ndash;Friday)</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity for growth and development</li></ul>Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
