Position: Print Designer - Soft Home<br>
Type: Full Time / Permanent<br>
Experience: 4&ndash;6 years of relevant experience in print and surface design<br>
Location: Gurgaon<br>
Computer Efficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Procreate (preferred), PowerPoint<br>
Skills: Print design, surface pattern design, trend research, color stories, CAD development, design presentation, production-ready artwork</div><div></div><div>
Role and Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Research and create seasonal print and pattern trends for soft home product lines.</div></li><li><div>
Develop original print artwork based on trend research, inspiration sources, and customer briefs, ensuring designs are production-ready.</div></li><li><div>
Create repeat and placement prints, colorways, and CADs aligned with brand and customer needs.</div></li><li><div>
Build and present trend and concept boards to internal teams and customers.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure print execution aligns with technical and quality standards.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare and update detailed tech packs for print designs, ensuring accuracy for sampling and production.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with vendors and overseas teams on fabric, print techniques, and finishing development.</div></li><li><div>
Support customer presentations with strong visual storytelling and professional artwork packages.</div></li><li><div>
Track sampling progress for print developments and ensure timely delivery.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain competitor and market research reports, including key print trends, motifs, and pricing insights.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Skills and Qualifications</div><ul><li><div>
Strong expertise in print and surface design, with a creative eye for color, pattern, and composition.</div></li><li><div>
Must have prior experience working within soft home categories.</div></li><li><div>
Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</div></li><li><div>
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and global environments.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of repeat/pattern software a plus.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to translate trend research into commercially viable print designs.</div></li><li><div>
Self-sufficient in handling projects independently while also working effectively as part of a team.</div></li><li><div>
Candidates from Delhi-NCR will be preferred.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
